Tim J. Bradley, CPP, CFE
GlobalSecur Consulting Services (GSC) is led by Tim J. Bradley, CPP, CFE, who has over 27 years of experience in law enforcement and security consulting. He personally directs a skilled team of investigators both in the United States and abroad, and is responsible for all aspects of GSC’s Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and Corporate Investigations practice. He has performed thousands of EDDs and investigations for Fortune 500 clients, law firms, investors and many others.
In addition to his experience conducting due diligence and corporate investigations, Tim has extensive experience in the development and implementation of security programs to help organizations minimize the potential impact of global threats against their assets, personnel and business operations. Previous assignments have included the development of corporate travel security programs for large multi-national companies with multiple locations worldwide; conducting risk assessments at domestic and overseas facilities; development of travel security, political evacuation and executive protection programs; developing and implementing security and contingency plans for overseas and domestic corporate meetings and events; planning and successful resolution for labor disruptions and plant closures around the world; and conducting investigations into workplace violence threats and employee fraud.
Prior to this, Mr. Bradley served as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where he served in the Special Events Management Unit coordinating security measures and crisis response plans for major special events in the United States and abroad. He is also an experienced investigator, having personally directed several successful investigations of internationally-based organized criminal groups and violent street gangs.
Mr. Bradley graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He holds a Master of Arts degree from Webster University with a major in Business and Organizational Security Management. He is Board Certified in Security Management through ASIS International as a Certified Protection Professional, and he is also a Certified Fraud Examiner. Additionally, he is an adjunct professor of Security Management studies at three different colleges and universities.
Charles M. Lasker
Charles M. Lasker is Director of Investigative Research for GlobalSecur Consulting Services. He has been involved for more than 20 years in law enforcement, investigations, electronic security, due-diligence research, intelligence, surveillance and analysis. He has developed security programs and procedures for financial institutions and has assisted numerous multinational corporations with security administration/loss prevention, security design and executive protection.
Charlie served as a Navy pilot and Intelligence Officer with an attack squadron stationed in Vietnam and the South China Sea. He began his law enforcement career with the Metro-Dade Police Department; leaving as a Detective to assume the position as Commander of Investigations in Broward County. After leaving law enforcement, he held senior management positions with Pan American Bank and California Federal Bank. Lasker has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Florida International University, a Post-Graduate degree in Finance from the University of Miami and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from Nova University. He has attended law enforcement training schools at the local, state and federal level.
